  Demarques is gonna get into the Octagon tomorrow night, pray like a weaping child to god and then get smashed by Wilkes. UK will then just have to rely on Bisping smashing Hendo to pieces (which he will do) and then USA will have been made to look foolish ... i cannot wait!!

  Frankie's a tough guy and I actually kind of like him now whereas before I thought he was a punk and a prick. It's nice he and James became friends too. However, Frankie lost for two reasons more so than his energy: he had no head movement and he didn't listen to Dan better. If he had followed Dan's instructions more I'm sure the outcome would have been better, even if he still lost. Same with using some head movement to overcome James' superior reach, something that's fundamental in boxing.

  the only reason the uk won so much is because the usa team (besides demarques) sucked....dana picked a crappy usa team so the uk could do good and help premote mma in the uk....ps. lester would have won if he didnt fight 4 times in a month...wait till those uk guys get into the ufc with real fighters...they wont last long
