Gassed first round, too much muscle too much oxygen to feed the muscle! Still cld take a hit which is what u cant teach a person. U show anyone to throw a punch or snap a leg kick like Amir but cant teach how to take a punch! If ur knew to MMA than u dnt know phil baroni always stylin corn ball but say it to his face and you get hit like it was an arod baseball swing

He looks so beaten down... if you look at koscheck and baroni, u would think theyre at least 5 yrs apart. (Kos is 31 and baroni is 33... baroni looks way old). Just sad to sse him lose.... he trains with Team Hammer house and AKA. he's fought some of the top contenders but he never improved..... When he was ypunger... especially against Dave mene, he reminded me of a young Vitor Belfort (Strong, X[plosive, and FAST HANDS).

neither love or hate Kos but to tell you the truth... He deserves the title shot more. He's right that Hardy never fought a top notch contender. Swick from what i hear is the weakest out of the AKA welterweights. Plus Hardy didnt even bother to finish the fight against swick.,,,, Koscheck has fought and is always willing to fight the best guys in his division. I truly believe that if Hardy had fought Rumble, hardy would've been eaten...... BTW, did u see how strong Kos is? he took down a MUCH BIGGER and STRONEGR Rumbe who has a strong wrestling background like it was nothing. Kos is 4REAL guys.... The guy even wants to fight 12 next yr (thats his goal).
