Hendo
hosnestly, dan henderson should stop being a little crying b**ch. dana white gave him 2 title shots right when he got into the ufc without fighting his way up the latter like everyone else(little b**ch). He lost against anderson silva and rampage jackson. He gets one knockout against michael bisping and he want to get paid more. Like doesn't he think that Dana White should pay him less for the fight that he lost over and over again? NO. he want more for one knockout....and yes he did fight rich franklin but we all know who really won that fight.
So basiclly Dan Hendo. should stop being a little crying bitch because stikeforce isn't gonna pay him as much as UFC.

HENDO DONT GO
Hendo and Nate are the only ones at 185 who could beat Silva. And all the guys from the old team Quest (Couture, Henderson ect.) are fighters and can compete with anyone in any division.

I think Hendo is a great fighter. Will he ever beat Ando i seriously doubt it. If u take a look at Hendo's division in Strikeforce it could make for some great fights. In reality its goning to come down to money. Dana even said it, if Strikeforce can beat the UFCs offer then Hendo is gonna go duh. I dont see it. He's not gonna leave the most popular MMA organization where there is def. money in it bottom line .

in my own opinion as a die hard fan of the sport there is more behind this situation than meets the eye. in dans last fight againist bisping when dan hit bisping with the lights out hook that was heard in the parking lot dan came down with a vicious punch to make sure bisping felt the power of the hendo. now where im going with this is.. go to your local best buy or movie store where you buy your ufc dvds and purchase ufc 100 and watch the fight and notice how they took out the after fight comment by hendo when he said "that last punch was to shut him up" ?? and also removed the punch that secured the lights out victory of bisping.. i believe there is more behind dan hendersons leave of the ufc whether its controversy between hendo and the ufc for the punch itself and the comment he made after the fight... hmmm

Henderson KO'd Bisping so easily, because he is STILL one of the best light heavyweights around. I've been watching Henderson since the Pride days, and he is a class act, all the way. Personally, I can;t wait to see Kang back in the octogon. He's going to murder Bisping too...

Everytime someone wins more than two fights in the UFC, he gets to fight somewhere else: Dan Henderson, Arlovski, Werdum
The losers all stay: Gonzaga, Bisping, Leben, Rothwell

Yes, Dan Henderson knocked out Bisping, but Bisping is a reality TUF champ. And TUF champs will not get fired by the UFC, see Chris Leben, etc.
It's really not about who is the best in the UFC, but who they can hype more.

mma fans need hendo to leave and take a deal somewhere else cause dana has the my way or the high way attitude and he needs to have a few big fighters walk away and force him to pay big name fighters like hendo or fedor and make the ufc put good fights on their cards if not we will be watching shit like kimbo vs lesnar or liddel vs butterbean and stupid shit like that so hendo needs to leave and stand up to dana for the sake of the mma fans

Hahaha,
someone wrote Strikeforce is a retirement community and then named Tito Ortiz, when Tito is scheduled to fight a TUF loser on a UFC card!!!
Hahahahaha
UFC is a retirement community for HWs like Couture, Coleman (now 205), and Rothwell, who got his ass kicked by Arlovski. And Arlovski got his ass kicked in Strikeforce.

Wonder what would happen if all mma organizations formed into one company, Better fights, higher salleries for fighters. Dana's contract negotiations are somwhat rediculous, which is the reason why fighters had left or didnt join(Couture anyone?), did u know for the hughes-Gracie fight that Gracie got 400 K while Hughes only got 55,000? Just ****in stupid

It's good for the UFC if he leaves. His huge contract will just serve to submarine Strikeforce further and make it easier for the UFC to buy them out later.

Dan has nothing left to prove. He kicked ass in Pride and he has done well in UFC. If he can get bigger paychecks in Strikeforce (and that's a big if) then he might as well go for it.
If the UFC isn't offering a guaranteed title shot then he might be better off to go to Strikeforce. Lets not forget that he isn't exactly a spring chicken anymore. Why not take a couple more fights for big money and retire without all the pressure?? Feed him Cung Le!!

Strikeforce already has him scheduled to fight Gina Carano. Hendo vs Carano! Now that will be a fight. Sure, you should not hit girls, but Hendo wears glasses, so she knows better than to hit a guy with glasses. What will happen!?!?! I'm so pumped for this matchup!!

There are no money trees in MMA. Whether he signs with Dream, Strikeforce or a backyard wrestling league, Henderson is unlikely to receive compensation that's significantly better than the UFC's offer. If the world's leading and most profitable promotion is unwilling to retain a modest draw, there's little sense in Strikeforce exceeding its offer.

End objectivity, begin speculation. Henderson remains with the UFC. Here's why.
• There are no money trees in MMA.
• Henderson is a legend -- which is not to be confused with a draw. Henderson's visibility is at an all-time high thanks to his participation at UFC 100, which allegedly set all kinds of business records. And there's clear sniping value in swiping a high-level UFC attraction from his position as a co-No. 1 contender for a title. But Henderson's dry personality has done him few favors when it comes to selling tickets.
The question Showtime executives should ask themselves: If we pay Henderson what he believes he's worth, will he provoke the appropriate spike in ticket sales and viewers?
• Henderson Wants Silva. Disgruntled as he might be that Vitor Belfort has secured a title bout, waiting -- or fighting Marquardt -- still gets him closer to Anderson Silva than fighting in San Jose ever would. And Henderson has perennially been an anywhere-anytime type of athlete. Would he really be satisfied fighting Jason Miller?
• Bargaining. Tito Ortiz freely admitted to using Strikeforce and other promotions as leverage against his desired deal: A UFC renewal offer. If you want the girl, go be seen with another girl.
If Dan Henderson, age 39, is serious about pursuing a career cap, he really doesn't have any options at all.

Hendo will never get the UFC middle weight or light heavy weight belt at Strikeforce. But more importantly, he'll never get the rematch against Silva that we all know he's dying for.

Dan Henderson should stay with the UFC!
He can beat everyone in the UFC at 185 and 205 right now!
He might lose against A. Silva again and at LHW only to Machida and Shogun Rua, that's it!
After losing he can move to hevayweight and still give Frank Mir, Nogueira, and Brock Lesnar a run for their money after KOing Cain Velasquez and Ben Rothwell!
If Hendo signs with Strikeforce, he will have no chance at all against Mousasi, Jacare (compare his grappling to Lil Nog's grappling, and the Nog brothers both submitted Hendo), and others
He should stay with the UFC to win and keep his legacy alive!

Hendo should have negociated a better deal before he came to the UFC. Just like Wanderlei Silva, Rampage, Minotauro... All making at least 200.00 each fight!!! But now he sees it that a 100.000 deal was not enough...

I think Hendo should run from the ufc, how many fighters have had problems with the ufc??? Danna White is the man who pushed ufc to get to where it is, BUT he's a TYRANT!!!!! nobody is aloud to disagree with him.. And he's always saying the most stupid things, lets incredible fighters go from the UFC, has fights practically fixed, by having guys like Junie fight when there's guys that are much better.. Same thing with Kimbo (I like Kimbo) but he's not at the level that so many other fighters are at....BUT the media wh#r@ Danna White is all over Kimbo for the ratings.... it's business, but what about fighters that deserve their moment ???
The reality is Dana's a Bully, and like all Bullys he needs an a$$ kicking..... I would love to give it to him!!!!! I watch UFC because majority of the best fighter are their, BUT if another organization stepped up I wouldn't watch the UFC because of Danna.... Danna is going to destroy the UFC, if he doesn't change.....

no he should not dan is the man and there is absolutly nothing outside of the ufc for him. The UFC needs to pay him a respectable amount he is like a 5 time pride champ and he's done pretty well against anderson silva and is one of the few credible threats left to stop him or to even just put on an entertaining match with him. war dan!!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely YES...Strikeforce has worthy competition for the UFC veteran...If they offer a good deal, he should join them...We really don't know what goes on behind the curtains. Dana may say whatever he wants; regardless he is a businessman and he's primarily interested in making big profits...the fighters aren't his number one priority...Hendo isn't the first to be unhappy with the UFC boss, after all....

Probably not, but he is should take the nate fight...
....Hendo came in with two successive title shots, getting ousted in a decision in one, and destroyed in the other, then he gets a UD win against up and coming Jiu Jitsu ace Palhares, beat Franklin in a contentious SD (which i think he lost), and KO'ed Bisping into the ethereal realm...
...whereas Nate absolutely ran through Horn, Kampmann, Gouveia & Maia since losing to Ando ( I consider the Leites fight more akin to a draw)...
...I mean come on, do the maths. If anything Nate should be asking for a pay rise, not Hendo, but Nate is just focused on fighting...probably getting at Ando again (more fool him).
And before you wanna scream about Hendo being the only dude to take a round of Ando, it factors little, let's face it, we as MMA fans hate dudes who L&P....DON'T WE!? As soon as Hendo moved into side control from Half guard, Ando pushed him right back into full guard, and by the looks or round 2, Hendo was more tired from laying on top of Ando, and Ando was affected little by it, if anything he was angered by the "glove over the mouth" techniques old school Hendo tried to utilize.
So if he wants to leave over money, screw him, he will lose respect from fight fans who should only be interested in fighters who;
Want to fight.
Just my slant on shit, peace peoples.
