    Cro cop is a good fighter, he found the courage to join a new world where he have to start from zero, he was a champion in K1, now in UFC he is a beginer, he needs more skills and another strategy into the cage before to be a top UFC fighter, he knows he won't be the best in UFC but he tried, good luck to him.

    As someone already mentioned, I have really big doubts if cro cops coaching team is up to the task. They really should concentrate on his movement that dragging just is not going to cut it for a stand up fighter. If the problem is not his coaches, but his own ability to perform, then he should retire.

    Dos santos is faaast for his size & weight,and he has the key to defeat a strikr like cro cop,as did kongo and earlier Fedor,put the pressure all fight long,cro cop is explosive,but as sokoudjou ,runs out of gas after 5 min .But sure don't get caught by a straight left or HK..

    Cropcop is too old school. The guys who were big in the sport 10 years ago and haven't made changes to their game can't keep up in the new MMA world. Examples: Joyce Gracie, Chuck Liddel, Tito Ortiz, Wandelei Silva, Heath Hearing, Nogiera, Ken Shamrock and the whole lion den's team, Tim Silvia. Crocop still has the physical and mental ability but not the coaching team to compete today.

    The UFC only has good smaller fighters: GSP, BJ Penn

    lets face it, ufc is way tougher than pride. all of the best fighters that want to be at the top of mma are in the ufc. almost all "good" pride fighters that cross over into the ufc find themselves against bigger, stronger, and better opponents than those in pride. cro cop, shogun, ect have had very poor performances in the ufc.

    fighters in pride are great... in pride. but for real though, until they prove themselves in the ufc, they are not truly great in the essence of the word.

    Nogueira has never been the same ever since, losing against Mir!

    Arlovski played Russian roulette trying to commit suicide after the Fedor fight!

    Tim Sylvia easily lost against a 50yr old Ray Mercer after fighting Fedor!

    Fedor is suc h a career finisher! I am so happy he didn't join the UFC! There would be NO HWs left in the UFC once he walks through them!

    Cro cop always had problem against tough strikers esp. those from Brazil. After Chek Kongo fight his post-prime body exposed his skill set just can't keep up the MMA challenge.

    But, cro cop beats Josh Bennet 3 times, he is still a great champ, when you're nation's hero, it's hard not to ignore warning sign from your body.

    cro cop has been doing alot of weights/ strength training (maybe in fear of being a small heavy weight in the ufc) .
    it seriously looks like the extra weight has slowed his striking and footwork down. no the speed were used to seeing from the big man. i agree, maybe a drop down to 205 is the best, but it wont be easy for him at that age and never having done it before.

    at the same time dos santos is now in line to be a super star and well deserved.

    Crocop is not even a shadow of his former self. He's gone from assassin to punchbag. No self belief at all, pushing instead of striking, ffs at least soften the guy up with leg kicks. If this is the level your at better hang up the gloves while you've still got a tiny bit of credibility left because soon everyone will forget that once you were an awesome striker and just remember you for the washed up joke that you are now.

    Cro Cop should quit MMA and just do TKD. He'd probably dominate there. I'm a big fan of the old Cro Cop but that stupid push thing started to irritate me. Is there to do anything but clinch and kick the guy? You could count the number of punches he threw on two hands. Why not push him back with a jab like smart fighters? Pushing doesn't hurt your opponent. Where were the boxing roots he said he was getting back to after his injury?
