    Hes right,at the end of the day anybody can criticize him behind a f***in computer.Unless youve been in a ring and know what a fighter goes through physically and emotionaly nobody can say s**t,everyone takes and reacts to things differently.

    I think Griffin's fight against Silva was all mental, that's why he feels so disappointed because he had too much respect for Silva and his lethal reputation. He mentally gave up during the fight.

    I hope Forrest wins, and in this or the next press conference call out Silva for a rematch, it will do well for his mental health, win or lose against him again, this time you go down with honor.

    he feels like shit, and he needs to crap it all out with Tito...clean the system , Tito is in trouble I say.

    Forrest is like Chris Leben and Bisping, they are low quality, lose all the fights, but still get the hype and money, because they have been on TUF!

    TUF reality show stars have one thing in common:

    They suck and get all the hype! Then, they lose their real fights and NEVER get fired!

    Chris Leben, Michael Bisping, Forrest Griffin, .....

    To be fair, there are a few good ones like Sanchez, Koscheck, but that list is very small!

    At the same time the TUF reality show fighters list of losers like Kimbo Slice grows with each STUPID low quality show!

    It really comes down to the fight. If its a all out war and the fight keeping everyone in thier feet. Then it really doesn't matter who wins. But if its just a one way win then, that sucks for the loser. :P

    I love TUF reality show champ Forrest Griffin, he is som uch hype! I love that! I love Tito vs Forrest!

    But I am even more excited about Couture vs Vera!

    And I am most excited about Kimbo vs H. Alexander!

    Those are high quality fights! The UFC is getting better and better every day! And it only costs $50, I would pay $5000 to pay for the best fighters to fight:

    Kimbo Slice, Randy Couture, Mark Coleman, Tito Ortiz, Ben Rothwell, Houston Alexander, and many more

    It would be a bigger set back for Forrest if he lost this fight against Tito. Rightfully so, everyone is expecting Forrest to beat Tito considering how much time Tito has been away from the cage. Still, Forrest cant sleep on him at all. Hope this fight is even better than that first, classic match up.

    Did anyone really expect Forrest to beat Anderson Silva. I know Silva had a few crap fights but that Leites fight was crap because of Leites reluctance to go toe to toe. Forrest in my mind had nothing to lose. He took the fight against the best striker in MMA and if he won he would have been knocking on Machidas door but losing the way he did does not justify the amount of rubbish people are saying about him. Watch that Shogun fight and you'll see what Forrest is all about. He got hurt bad with a nasty elbow and got bloodied up but still prevailed

    God I can't stand that guy. His ego gets the best of him every time. Just admit that you got your ass kicked by Silva and that you acted unsportsman-like. He just wants to be the "cool" guy so bad that he can't admit when he messes up.
