Frank Mir invited Raw Vegas TV into his home in Las Vegas, Nevada to talk about the UFC and bake some cookies. "When I fought Brock Lesnar I was 245 and had dieted down. I wanted him to get tired after two rounds, but it works if you make it past the first couple of rounds... Shane Carwin hits hard, heavy handed individual and a big heavyweight. Yeah 40 years of steroids tends to make guys not so nice people. Mir is really starting to win me over thou, never liked him before but if you look at what he is actually saying instead of the way he holds his head or the tone of his voice you will notice it is well thought out and intelligent.

Frank is not my favorite guy b/c he can be pretty cocky somtimes but I do believe he is being real with the way he acts in this vid. He did say he didn't believe in weight training but Brock beat him into it So i give him credit there. Everybody says he is a prick and everything..... Brock lesnar is by far a bigger asshole anyday of the week though. PS ( I doubt brock really cuts to 265. No ****ing way ) Look how much bigger he is than the next guy who wieghs 255 at his next fight when they weigh in and tell me you see a 10 pound dif. More like 40

i like frank and i think he's talking alot but it's not that much trash, he knows what he's capable of and yea he let's you know but also gives credits to other guys like shane in this vid, seems quite of a nice guy to me!

Well, yeah he talks a lot but so far he backs it up as well.
I think he'll do just great in the next couple of fights.
Looks like he has this scientific way to train for fights like what St. Pierre does but heck yeah You need a different strategy for the next Lesnar fight!
