IBA Heavyweight Champion James "Lights Out" Toney discussed his preparations for the fight against Randy "The Natural" Couture at UFC 118 in August. Toney declared that he is ready "to walk into the Dark Side", which is the Mixed Martial Arts. Lights Out is currently 41 years old, participating in more than 80 pro Boxing bouts in his career.

I have fear for Randy, If Toney catches him I see this fight ending very quick. All the crap Toney is saying makes me want Randy to WTF pawn him, BUT we can't dismiss Toney completely ,after all he is called "lights out" for a reason. A young Randy and i wouldnt even consider Toney having a shot ...but todays Randy , i dont know. it will be interesting to say the least.

James Toney looked terrible even in his last boxing fight. And his bio photo on the UFC website looks almost fake. But in it he does look a little more ripped than before. Sometimes I wonder if he's done more training than people know. But doubtful, I'm sure like most fighters he thinks he is the best in the world and his boxing can overcome all. I wanna see Randy spank him like Tito and sweet talk in hes ear like Koschek. Stickinurchick's right. He was a total no class douche to Helwani.

I said on the UFC website his picture looks more ripped than the usual fatness. As in you could see some abs on it, but I also mentioned the photo kind of looked fake anyway. Maybe not, but I said more ripped. Not that he's totally ripped. It's obvious that he's not in great shape. Randy's gonna fight him at Heavyweight for god's sake. Toney never wanted to commit to a weight which shows he doesn't even know if he could make 205. Doesn't matter though.
