Michael Bisping trains with Quinton "Rampage" Jackson for UFC 110

British Middleweight Michael "The Count" Bisping hit a new gear in his preparations for the fight against Wanderlei Silva at the co-main event of UFC 110 in Australia. Bisping did an intense training session with his fellow Wolfslair teammate, Rampage Jackson, who has a long history with the Brazilian legend.

    I wouldnt go as far as saying 109 was crap the Sonnen fight had me standing up thinking he was about to get choked out and Coleman at the end made me laugh my ass off!! ..................but yea some great cards coming up!

    Haven't seen Bisping talk too much nonsense since Henderson fed him a little humble pie. He still seems to be a bit delusional about his record, saying "I fought the best in the world". His record is only as stacked as it is because he dropped in weight class just after he made it through the lower half of the competition. He never fought any contender level fighters at LHW. Then he went and did the same at middle weight, only he lost horribly once he fought someone in the upper echelons of the division.

    Hopefully his loss to Henderson gave him insight into what it is going to take to compete at championship level in MMA. He seems to be toning it down a bit and putting his nose to the grindstone. I'd like to see him do well, regain some credit, and keep a humble composure. That could just be wishful thinking though.

    And I am interested to see Bisping try and use the Muay Thai clinch on The Axe Murderer. Should be pretty funny.

    Enough with the 'Yank"crap. I love all of the British fighters the ufc has right now, but Bisping was the worn Dana White was fishing with to try and catch your audience. Bisping didn't deserve the credit and opportunities he was given. Normally I'd turn the other way, but the guy was such a disrespectful coq sucker and acted like his shit didn't stink. All the other Brits have earned their opportunities. Bisping is a phuqing wanker! And if trying to be fair, and say I'm seeing improvement in his personality, only gets me weak votes, then phuq all of you and phuq Bisping!!!!!! Where's the tylenol...

    I didn't like Bisping because he was given extreme favoritism in order to capture the British demographic. Like I said, normally I wouldn't care but he had such an ego about something he didn't really earn. All the other Brit fighters have earned what they got and that's awesome. All my comment was trying to say was that it looked like his loss to Hendo, must have given him some perspective, 'cause he looks like he's thinking clearer and acting less cocky. Great for him but he has a way to go before he regains my respect.

    It's nice to see you guys saying some good stuff about the guy for a change, he really isn't that bad, the hating got blown out of proportion a bit for a while and i didn't get it, i mean i know the guy has a big mouth sometimes but there's plenty of fighters worse than him, i really think he learnt something from the Hendo KO, if he didn't then he's soft. This fight is another very dangerous fight for him too but i think he can do it. Wanderlei was one of the best fighters in the world bar none back in Pride, the operative word bieng 'was' i still love the guy but he's definately past his best, still as dangerous as he ever was though........

    Rampage said in a video a while back that he likes to train in England because he doesn't have the same distractions and temptations there. Sounds pretty smart to me considering he has been known to get OC at times.
