UFC News

While it was rumored that Houston Alexander could face Kimbo Slice at UFC 107 in Memphis, it now looks as if the bout could take place at the TUF Finale, which takes place a week earlier. According to MMAJunkie.com, Houston Alexander will soon apply for a fighter license with the Nevada State Athletic Commission. The Ultimate Fighter Finale will take place in Nevada at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. Alexander will reportedly apply for a license in the special 35-and-older category at the November 4th NSAC hearing at the Grant Sawyer State Office Building in Las Vegas.

HOUSTON throws fight with KIMBO, total JOKE
what a TOTAL joke that FLOP was...It isn't easy flopping a fight and making it look REAL is pretty tough. Kimbo has the highest ratings
on Spike, and from Dana to one brother to another...Houston knew what to do, but it was TOO OB

The UFC just got rid of their HW division to stop the embarrassment with stupid Kimbo, Brock, old man Couture fights.
The UFC will focus on TUF reality shows from now on.

I really wish Kimbo become a good MMA fighter.
He has a great potential but need to get a lot of technique yet.
He needs great coaches and good fights to allow it to grow as a fighter. He need work a lot his game of ground.

This would be a good move for "ground wiz" Kimbo Slice. He needs to stay away from fat guys who can bellychoke him.

LowKickDodger...im not sure if you could really say Kimbos stand up is better than Houstan's, i do think Kimbo has better head movement and footwork though. Regardless I would like to see Kimbo win.

its exciting to see Kimbo fight in the UFC, regardless of what people may say about him. He showed that he's for real, and seems to be trying hard to learn MMA. Now hes training at American Top Team, so im sure hes learning new things over there. Hope he improves that ground game. I say he KO's houston.
