We haven't seen Patrick "The Predator" Cote since his UFC 90 fight against Anderson Silva, where he injured his knee. He was up at the Grant Brothers MMA facility in Montreal, Quebec training recently. He looks to be moving very well on his knee and hopes to make a return to the octagon very soon.

anyone can hit pads fast, remember swick on the pads before the fight with hardy. He looked super fast but he didnt look so good after he had been hit a few times. Its totally different trying to hit a fighter, especially silva!

You must not watch UFC, Patrick Cote has submitted and beat the hell out of almost everyone he's faced in the MW division. I see your a hater on gsp as well, its too bad you cant pick a fighter thats a winner so you have to use your low self esteem and poor judgement and try to talk crap about 2 very excellent fighters. Silva usually stands and bangs with people. There was a reason he was avoiding Cote and it's because Cote has fast powerfull hands and Silva felt that. If that fight continued I think Cote could of pulled it out. Thats just my opinion. I cant wait to see Cote fight again hes an exiting fighter who isnt afraid to stand trade with anybody.

It's rather obvious that a lot of people don't know how to score mma, would cote have won that fight had he not freak injured himself? No one knows but Silva was defensive and backing up the entire fight and looked unsure what to do with Cote who could just walk through anything Silva had.

cote is a good fighter. Defiantly kept up with Silva, not winning, but not too far behind. And he obviously wasn't ready for that fight. Give him some time a few fights if Silva is still around it will be a good fight, or at least the making of a good fight.

Cote wasnt ready for that fight.... What? He was taking Silvas best shots and returning fire. Cote was on Silvas level that night and he could of beat him. A knee injury can happen to anyone.
